History of Tulip Company of Japan

The Tulip Company was founded in 1948 in Hiroshima, Japan. It produces hand-sewing needles, crochet hooks and knitting needles crafted from the famous steel of the Chugoku mountains whilst its bamboo is carefully selected from sustainable forests.

Its products are recognised for their quality throughout the world and it currently exports to over 40 countries. It is an innovative company that is constantly improving its designs and sets the trends that are so eagerly copied by many of its competitors. It works closely with partner organisations throughout the world and this ensures that its product range is kept contemporary and meets current customers’ requirements.
